My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms had a great view of the Old Town and were equipped with a nice little kitchen, a balcony, and super comfy beds. The service was fantastic, offering amenities such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was superb, with everything you could possibly want within walking distance and close to the main tourist sights in the heart of Old Quebec. The dining experience, although not included in our rate, offered traditional Italian dishes with a nice view of the city. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
